This building (GT) is located in the north of Iran near the coast of the Caspian Sea and has a beautiful view of the sea from the north and the forest of Mazandaran from the south. The design challenge of this building: The expansion of greenery from the outside to the inside of the building. All units benefit from a unique view of the sea and the forest. All private and public spaces benefit from sufficient and quality light. Design idea: creating a green core with natural light in the center of the building.

The GT building is designed in the form of two separate blocks that are connected by a green garden full of light. Vertical connections, elevators and horizontal, corridors between two blocks, are carried out in the middle green core. Two public terraces, one on the south side facing the sun and the other on the north side, have provided the opportunity for residents to enjoy the natural views. The sun not only welcomes the residents in the south terrace, but by checking the angle of the sun, the presence of the sun will be attractive to the residents in the north terrace as well.
