Conducting studies regeneration, remodeling and renovation of worn-out texture of Neyriz city began in 2010 and after 3 years of studies was approved in 2013.During this process the initial area of worn-out texture was increased and refined from 40 hectares to about 80 hectares, and about 12 projects were defined as pioneering projects to stimulate worn-out texture development and finally economic studies and physical programs were each prepared as an investment package for investors.
