Crossing Sepahsalar street across the northern range of the historical Takhte Foolad area, the residential area of this section is divided into two halves.

The project seeks, on the one hand, to design a regional service center as a link between the Takhte Foolad and its immediate enclosures and, on the other hand, by revitalizing the Nayej stream in this part , the spirit of life, freshness and dynamism is blown in the heavy, worn-out space of Takhte Foolad area and make this area to a desirable urban space .

In this regard, by proposing revitalizing Nayej stream and restoration neighborhood and organizing the surrounding areas and so designing a regional service center reconcile this historic site with the surrounding residential areas.
